This was a position traditionally the leader of the sales organization, with the vice president of marketing and sales strategy to lead the companys sales. There are clear differences between the base and high level managers. The main difference is the amount of time spent in each of their functions. Lower level managers spend most of their time on sellers of personal, direct and monitor. Senior managers generally focus on planning, organizing and coordinating the marketing strategy with the overall objectives of the business sector. When you sell the production line to one sector, with customers in many locations, the use of a regional strategy for the sale. With this strategy, will be appointed the exclusive representative of land sales in the region. These representatives sell full product line consists of multiple products to customers in that region. A good example of this strategy is the sale of food equipment. A representative of a commercial food equipment in general, and encourage companies range of products for sale, restaurants, schools, canteens and in specific territories. And is often used when the product sales strategy to sell the company along product lines. Using this strategy, bed sales representatives will require them to focus on selling one product or a small group of selected products. And use this strategy when product managers are numerous and complex. Used widely in the sales of this strategy, which focused on medical sales representative to sell products, medical care and specific health that are part of a specialized field of medicine. Finally, sales managers can use the strategy of the sales force customer-oriented vendors that specialize in matching clients to target specific products or services. This strategy enables the company to focus more on building strong relationships and long-term relationships with key customers. Motivate the sales force Subject of special attention in the field of sales management is motivation. Motivation is probably the most important aspect of sales management. If it is sorted correctly the sales force, and the selection of trainers, and the product is right, then it becomes the decisive motivation for success. There are many reasons to motivate the sales force is an important part of the sales process. First, we must deal with the vendor acceptance and rejection on a continuous basis. It is to be exalted as a result of the sale of a large disappointment that comes from being rejected. In many cases, sellers will spend long hours on the road, away from their families, which may affect public morale. This, in addition to the fact that vendors usually operate without the supervision of management, indicates that these people require a high level of personal reasons, in order to produce consistently good results. Finally, motivation has a direct impact on the level of enthusiasm and a street vendor in providing the product or service for the client. If the seller is passionate and enthusiastic about the product or service, it can directly affect the decision of the customer to purchase and develop strong relationships for future purchases. However, it is important to note that sales managers are responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective level of motivation in employees. In addition to providing strong leadership, director of marketing and sales to stimulate the force to achieve predetermined sales targets. Managers can use a variety of tools to stimulate a successful sales force. Strongest motivation is the compensation package is well designed. Sales managers can stimulate the effective design of vendor compensation formula, which is a good balance of bonuses, salaries and commissions. Sales managers set goals in the form of quotas, wage levels, and efficient catalyst for the shares. There are a number of formulas for sellers of compensation, and depends on the formula up to the expectations of the companys overall performance for each salesperson. Uses, respectively, to the Committee by the sales managers to reward salespeople for their achievements instead of their time and efforts. Compensation Commission directly enhance the independence of the seller. This is a strong motivation in this victory happen only if the sale was made, resulting in cost savings for the company. E program conducive to organizations that want to reduce the costs of compensation, especially for new companies and growing. There are some disadvantages to the Commission, including the lack of the ability of sales managers to monitor sales activities, as well as the high rate of staff turnover. Another program of compensation that are frequently used by non-salary in addition to the bonus. In essence, the formula includes salary plus a bonus of base salary with bonus based on performance pay when they are to achieve sales targets and quotas. It can also assess the salespeople on factors, including the establishment of new accounts, the average profit margin, and after-sales service. Unlike the Commission has the right, and this program helps to reduce the rate of staff turnover. The plan also encourages sellers to build long term relationships with customers. After that the security of a steady income, and sales staff can be patient with their customers, enabling them to take the time to make an informed decision. This is especially important when buying long cycles and when salespeople need time to adapt to the customer purchase cycle. And can be used to sell products or services are complex, in addition to a salary structure for the Commission to compensate the sales force. Under this program, the seller is guaranteed base salary, granted to the Commission based on the factors identified by the organization. Typically, the organization of salary in addition to the Committee on the upper and lower thresholds for sales volume. For example, the seller can earn 4 percent on the first $ 20000 of the volume of sales in each month, and 5 percent for $ 15,000 and 6 percent on sales of more than $ 40,000. Other companies may use different criteria, such as achieving sales quotas on the number of individual products sold in each category of products. Linked to the advantages of this method is the flexibility of the program. Companies are able to adapt the program to meet business objectives as they relate to sales force. Committees can be distributed over a certain period will continue to offer lessons to ensure a high leve l of customer service, and to discourage repeat left the company after the sale of a large. Commission salary plus bonus is a combination of the above programs. This plan combines the stability of the salary, an incentive for the Commission, as well as a special bonus prizes. It is recognized all financial activity from a seller by this program and the preferred vendor because of the potential benefits of the plan. The plan is not as popular as the others because of the complexity of the case management program. Are often used short-term incentive programs by companies to stimulate the vendor behind the standard compensation. Sales incentive contests are the most commonly used to generate enthusiasm for the sale of products and services. Competitions and usually works for a limited time, include cash prizes or travel to those vendors who reach a certain level of sales. The timing of events is crucial. Explore ideas: Lets start with the first idea and ask: If we do, what results / problems can we expect? Write each problem or on the board. If you need more information, and then noted the appointment of person to conduct further investigations, and a deadline. Ask the next To accomplish this, what should we do? I write all the tasks on the table. It helps to divide the table into three sections: Problems of results, and activities. Once you have completed the process for each idea, and then write a plan of action and follow-up session to follow. The goal is to get ideas and perspectives from different angles, and explore each other Brainstorming preparation Select a group of people who should participate, if possible, at least one person from each department and all parties and decision makers, as possible. It should not be limited to a group of senior management, and sometimes the best ideas come from staff. Should be appointed Chairman of the management of this process and maintain control over the session. Appoint a person to take notes and gather information. Set the rules of the session: there must be no criticism or ridicule of any ideas, and keep on track, avoid lengthy discussions about the pros and cons of the idea, and will be done at a later time during the investigation. Encourage everyone to participate and respect the ideas of others. Session leader should ensure that follow the rules and had no idea and mocked or criticized and described as stupid. Start asking people to provide their thoughts / ideas and write each one on the plane. Will probably find that once the collection of ideas, and the rest will flow. Once I have noticed all the ideas, and then it was time to explore each and every one else. Group all the ideas that are similar to other Ideally, one aims to have 5-10 ideas to investigate Plan of Action for the exchange of ideas The plan should include a summary of each idea work, a list of requirements for further investigation, it is assigned and deadlines. This can be done successfully meeting to brainstorm on an individual basis, but the group session will allow different views of all regions. And effective way to stimulate the vendors with the incentive program, but production is not as simple as defining a set of objectives which, when met, to reward those with the cash. If money is the only element of the incentive program, the sellers simply sell more without additional incentives. So, to begin to understand what each hopes to achieve the seller: This is the best person to be sold for the quarter? Staff record the best sales? Should be a good incentive program be understandable, measurable and achievable. Any program that does not include all three of these critical elements will quickly become confused and therefore counterproductive. Cyberpunk and Science Fiction Essay -- Cyberpunk Computers Technology

Cyberpunk and Science Fiction Science fiction can be defined as a method of story telling that steps outside of the box of life as we know it and into the realm of the impossible. Science fiction works are often designed to be only truthful in the eyes of the author and the reader. However, there are times when either a science fiction work parallels closely to the future of our world and therefore becomes a possibility or life pursues a science fiction-like ideal making the quest heroic in itself. The latter of the two can describe the viewpoint of our growing cyberpunk culture and its belief that technology is the end no matter what means be. The stories in the book Cyberpunk seems to focus on the life of a hacker. The book follows the life events and trends that a hacker typically goes through. Individuals who are impressed by technology often become wrapped into a technological advancement such as the computer or telephone, and become engulfed in curiosity. However, at this point, these individuals are nothing more than a target market for the product. They not only test the power that comes from understanding what they have in their hands, they become obsessed with it, and even begin to abuse it. Now the person has crossed the line of a fan of a product and entered the realm of hackers. In well-known cases, the individuals who manipulate todays technology for personal gain or pleasure can be related to the villains in science fiction works. Todays hackers are the new generation of pioneers whom we fear because their knowledge gives them control over us. They rationalize their abuse and control over us for the good of t echnology and feel little or no remorse for any such unscrupulous actions. In most cyberpunk nov... ... with an ultimatum, villains would surely choose their evil profession over a life full of love and emotions. The world of science fiction is just a fantasized portrayal of our non-fictitious world of today. However, there is a significant relation among the innovators of our world and the inhabitants of the science fiction world. Their mentalities are equal; their intentions similar; their idea of a new world realized. One fears what one fails to understand, and there will always be those who test others fears. These are the characters of the science fiction novels; these are the characters of the world we live in. Works Cited Markoff, John and Hafner, Katie. Henri Fayol vs. Henry Mintzberg

Henri Fayol vs. Henry Mintzberg. Functions vs. roles Henri Fayol and Henry Mintzberg are â€Å"two sides of the one coin†. Each man has his own opinion on what the manager does. Fayol has his â€Å"five functions† and Mintzberg has his â€Å"roles of management†. In this essay I will discuss both men’s opinions and try to come to a conclusion on which I think is better. Henri Fayol, a French management theorist and managing director of a French mining company, came up with the five functions of management. These functions serve the purpose of predicting the future of the environment and planning a relevant business strategy, developing a social and technical structure to the organisation, managing the activities of the staff, integrating plans and activities across the organisation and ensuring conformity with the plan via authority and feedback mechanisms to correct inappropriate activity. Planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling. These five functions have been around since Fayol came up with them back in 1916 and have dominated management vocabulary since then. These functions would seem to cover all the criteria needed for a manager to do his job but Henry Mintzberg has a different opinion. Henry Mintzberg is an internationally renowned academic and author on business and management with over 140 articles and thirteen books written. He came up with the roles of management, which he believes cover most of the things a manager will encounter in their job. These roles are split into 3 interpersonal roles, 3 informational roles and 4 decision making roles. The 3 interpersonal roles are; the figurehead which helps reinforce what the company stands for and reinforces the organisational culture, the leader who provide their employees with a sense of mission and the liaison who mixes with others outside the business to represent the needs of their group. The 3 informational roles are; the monitor who collects information form within the group and finds out what is going on in the business, the disseminator who shares the information with others who would not find out the information and the spokesperson who represents the views of the group in the wider environment. The 4 decision making roles are; the entrepreneur who make decisions to improve the contribution of their subordinates to the performance of the business, the disturbance handler who deals with any problems that might occur within the group, the resource allocator who allocates resources throughout their subordinates and the negotiator who negotiates to secure contracts, budgets etc. Henry Mintzberg believes that the five functions of management do not really tell us much about what a manager actually does but at best paint a vague picture of what objectives managers have when they work. He has come up with the idea that there are 4 myths relating to the role of the manager which if looked at closely do not support Fayol’s functions. The first of these myths is that â€Å"a manager is a reflective, systematic planner† when studies show that most managers work at a fast and unrelenting pace, that their activities are often brief and varied and that they dislike reflective activities but are more action orientated. The second of these myths is â€Å"the effective manager has no regular duties to perform†. Evidence shows that managers do infact perform a number of regular duties like rituals and ceremonies as well as negotiations and processing information with links between the organisation and its environments. The third myth is â€Å"The senior manager needs aggregated information, which a formal management information system provides†. The fact in this case is that managers prefer to get their information through telephone calls or meetings. The fourth and final myth is â€Å"Management is, or at least is quickly becoming a science and a profession†. The fact behind this myth is that the manager programs to schedule time, process information, make decisions and so stay in their own head and deal with things in their own way. The first of the four myths is probably the one that conflicts most with Fayol’s functions and shows that although there is some degree to a managers job, they prefer to work fast and would rather take action to try and resolve a problem rather than waste time thinking on different ways to overcome it. In my opinion, I would be more inclined to agree with Mintzberg and his roles of management over Fayol’s functions. This is because the roles of management have a lot more scope and would allow a manager more ways to deal with a wider variety of situations. They also cover the roles that I have seen managers in my working environment undertake such as the Liaison, the Negotiator, the Disturbance handler etc. In conclusion, although the five functions are a good way to look at the role of a manager I think that Mintzberg, having done all the studies on managers and actually seeing what they do in their day to day workings has given him a better idea of what the job of the manager actually entails. Fayol’s views look good when you see and hear them but in reality, is management as straight forward as the five steps that he has set out? I don’t think that he has looked at all the areas and all the things that could go wrong in jobs. In reality, I think Fayol’s functions are more like the ways we would like the job of the manager to be whereas Mintzberg’s roles have given us the way a managers job actually is and covers most of the things that a manager would encounter in the running of a business. Perspectives on Human Resource Managements - MyAssignmenthelp.com

Question: Discuss about the Perspectives on Human Resource Management. Answer: Introduction Human resource management forms the backbone of any business. This department of the organization manages the human resources by associating them with the business and ensuring accomplishment of organizational goals through them. Lately, the role of the human resource management is becoming more calculative and tactical in nature which has led to the formation of strategic human resource management (Armstrong Taylor, 2014). The current working conditions in Australia are gaining ground and steps are being taken to improve the same. The government has also legalized certain policies and laws like equal employment opportunity, anti-harassment at workplace and Fair work act and many more. This has led to improved working conditions for various employers across different organizations in the country. According to a Huffington post survey conducted in 2016, more than half of Australian workers are not at all satisfied with their jobs and are consistently seeking change (Huffington Post, 2016). Job design is a very crucial part of an employees tenure. It depicts how the exact job profile of an employee is defined. It involves employee relationships in the firm as well as the goals and targets they are expected to achieve (Bakker Demerouti, 2014). This enables employees to set the right expectations and enhance their work productivity. Job security on the other hand is the promise made by the employer to their employees which eliminates their risk of being jobless or unemployed without an advance notice or formal information (Muffels, 2014). Job security helps employees to align their long term as well as short term goals with those of the organization and removes the fear of being unemployed. This report throws light on how poor job designing as well as a lack of job security is adversely impacting employees working in Australian firms. Job security in Australia Job security is the assurance given to the employee by their employer which removes the risk of the employee being jobless or fired from the job without a prior notice. Job security plays a vital role in motivating employees to work hard as well as align their long term goals with those of the organization. Job security allows removes the fear from employees and hence leads to enabled and enhanced trust between the employer and the employee. Providing job security is the employers way of depicting faith in the employee. Even though the interest rates in the country have gone down, Australians are severely worried about not being able to pay their loans owing to a lack of job security. The post also elaborates that at least 36% of the Australian employees were uncertain about having a job next year (News, 2017). This is a rather disturbing as well as scary scenario. Despite the fact that Australias unemployment rate is reducing at a faster pace and is currently standing at a four year low of 5.5%, it is equally important that the country lays emphasis on the future security of the newly created jobs (Trading Economics, 2018). Job dissatisfaction in Australia The level of job dissatisfaction in Australia is not unknown. Less than half the people are happy with their current job profile while the rest are consistently on a lookout for another job. 63% of the Australian workers are leaving their current jobs owing to poor job design and inability to fulfill their personal goals in the workplace (Human Resource Director Australia, 2016). A lack of a sufficient job design establishes a faulty base to an employee in an organization. A job design must be effectively designed in order to create transparency and enable employees to identify and understand the expectations that are associated with them in the business. Australian employees lack a work life balance and are often overtly stressed owing to the tremendous amount of work that they are expected to perform. This problem can only be resolved when company takes responsibility to design employee jobs with efficiency and communicates the same to the candidate at the time of applying for the job. When the employees job is not entirely well defined or appropriately designed, the chances of employee being dissatisfied with the organizations drastically increase leading to enhanced employee attrition within the business. Role of strategic human resource management Strategic human resource management plays a very significant role in identifying, understanding and implementing employee satisfaction efforts that lead to maximum productivity in the business (Store. Strategic HRM conforms to various needs of the organization and works towards managing the human resources of the business in an effective manner. The HRM function of the organization has the responsibility for ensuring a higher satisfaction among their employees. Therefore, it becomes a part of their responsibility to ensure a well-designed job for employees as well as their job security leading to long term and productive relationships with employees (Purce, 2014). Strategic human resource management of employees makes sure that organization has competent human resources and those resources are valued and respected. Therefore, the job design of all the employees should be well thought of, structured, clear and easy to understand. The design and the description of the job should clarify the expectations from the employee as well as their relationships within the business (Parker, 2014). This also channelizes a clear flow of command which leads to clarity of decision making as well improved productivity of everyone in the business. Implications of poor job design A poorly designed job is a major force of demotivation for any employee. Therefore it is crucial that the human resource management department of the firm strategically analyzes the requirement of people within the business and accordingly finalize their respective jobs in the organization. If the job design of any employee is not well built, it adversely impacts employee performance in the long run (Marinova, Peng, Lorinkova, Van Dyne Chiaburu, 2015). Job design relating to any position must be transparently clarified during the time of recruiting. This creates an honesty between the employer and the employee regarding their expectations from each other which in turn leads to a better and more productive relationship in the future. There are various implications to a poorly defined job. Some of which are as below: Poor performance The very first disadvantage of a poorly designed job in any business is the ineffective employee performance that follows suit. Employee performance is largely dependent on the clarity of the job. If the job of the employee is not defined properly it is extremely difficult for the employee to perform as per the expectations of the employer. An improper job design would often create a sense of randomness of work which may cause frustration in the employee and reduce their productivity in the organization thereby leading to a performance which is not up to the mark (Shields, Brown Kaine, 2015). Therefore it is essential that Australian companies focus of developing a proper, clear and productive job design which is clarified to the employee at the time of joining the organization. Lack of clarity The job design of any employee instills a sense of clarity and enables the employee to plan his day, week and month. This is extremely important for employees as it leads to transparency with their employers and hence better and improved relationships with them. If the job is well defined, employees become clear about the expectations that their employers have from them and can plan to work towards fulfilling those expectations. This clarity is crucial for a long term career of any employee. Job design also aims at providing clarity about who the employees would report to and who would be reporting to them. This gives employees a clear idea about their seniors as well as subordinates and hence establishes transparency in their relationships within the business. This clarity leads to a clear flow of information and command in the organization and develops clarity in the minds of both the employees as well as employers. Improper evaluation Performance management is an important function of the human resource management of the organization. This refers to evaluating employee performance and giving transparent feedbacks that would lead to employee growth and improved performance. A proper performance management helps employees stay on the right track with their career in the firm. At the same time, it helps the organization achieve its goals in an efficient manner. Performance management also assists employees remain motivated, identify their shortcomings and work towards overcoming the same. If the job design at an organization is not clear then it becomes increasingly difficult for the employers to evaluate their employees in a fair manner. The employees as well cannot perform to the best of their abilities due to a lack of job design. Job design helps clarify expectations from employees and therefore it leaves no room for a conflict in the performance evaluation process. In the long run this enables employees to claim for a fair incentive or bonus as per the company policy and makes sure that all the employees are fairly compensated for their work. Employee dissatisfaction If the job design for any position within the business is not effectively determined then, employees would find it much harder to plan their day or week. This makes it difficult for them to align their short term and long term goals with those of the organization. Which in turn leads to employee dissatisfaction with work. An average Australian spends a long time at work. Average working hours in a week for different cities are different. An average full time worker in Queensland spends 40.2 hours a week at work. New South Wales worker spends 40.9 hours a week at work. The same number for Victoria is 40.9 hours a week. South Australian workers spend 40 hours a week at work while Western Australia workers spend an average of 41.1 hours a week in their respective offices (News AU, 2016). Looking at the massive numbers of hours spent at work, it is clear to presume that if the employee is unclear about his work done during those hours, or if the employees encounter random work allocated to them then it bound to leave them dissatisfied with immense amount of frustration that leads to poor performance. Improper flow of command One of the factors incorporated in the job design of an employee are the relationships of the employee that directly or indirectly affect their performance in the business. These relationships within the firm help employees understand and identify their seniors and subordinates. A poorly defined job design will make it difficult for employees to adhere to a proper flow of command within the business. This slows decision making and disrupts an efficient flow of information in the firm. Implications of job insecurity Job security refers to a promise or an agreement that exists between employees and their work organization which assures employees that they will not be jobless or unemployed without a prior notice. On the other hand a lack of job security signifies that employees can be removed from their current profiles without an advance information. This is sure to create a sense of fear within employees and they will be unable to give their 100% if they cannot see a longer term future in the business. Many Australian fear losing their job and they are afraid that even though the interest rates are dropping, they may not be able to pay off their loans owing to a lack of job in the future. Australian companies as well as governments are putting efforts in improving the level of job security within the country. There are severe implications of a lack of job security which adversely impact both the employees as well as their organization (Wang, Lu Siu, 2015). These implications are as given below: Fear and lack of trust Job security is a way of depicting and demonstrating trust in the employee. Therefore, a lack of job security is evidence for a lack of trust in the employee. This is why most Australian firms do not offer job security at the time of joining. But evaluate the employees performance for a period of 2-4 months of probation and if the employee performance meets the expectations of the organization, then the employee is offered job security. If the employee performance during that period is not satisfactory, they may either be asked to resign from the organization or they could be given a chance to improve upon their performance by enhancing their probation period with the business. This job security pays a vital role in the employees life as it allows employees to trust the organization and hence give their best efforts to the organizations productivity (Weibel Hartog, 2016). Hence an absence of the same creates an environment of distrust within the organization and instills a sense of fear in the employee. Inability to set goals Every employee has some personal as professional long term as well as short term goals which the employee aims to fulfill in a specified period of time. This is why if the employee is not granted any security of job then it makes it difficult for that employee to align those goals with the goals of the organization. This means that the employee cannot plan a long term future with the organization and hence this leads to an inefficient relationship between the two entities. For the success of the organization as well as an employee, it is important that there can be a long term relationship between the two. Since the time and resources spent by the organization on a particular employee are also high as well as those spent by the employee in attaining a good job. Therefore, in order to motivate employees to remain associated with the firm, it is largely advised to provide a secure job to them. Employee attrition and employee poaching Not providing job security to employees is a double edged sword. It adversely impacts the employee as well as the organization. If organizations do not provide job security, employee remain in a constant fear of being jobless or unemployed. In order to combat this fear, they are consistently on the lookout for new jobs. If in such a process, they are able to secure a better job with a different organization, they can leave this organization at the drop of a hat and commence work with another firm. This will lead to a high rate of attrition in the business. This high attrition rate influences the businesss brand value in the market, hampers its goodwill and also leads to depleted resources of the firm. An organization spends time and resources in hiring an employee, inducting an employee and then training him or her. If that employee suddenly leaves the organization, then that cost has to be borne by the organization. Employee poaching refers to the act of attracting and luring an employee which is associated with an organization by another competing organization. Due to the increasing competition in the job market as well as growing demand for competent employees, most organizations are always on the lookout for employees who have a similar experience and are apt for the business. This makes them target successful employees of another firm. The practice is largely unethical but highly practiced all over Australia. The competing firm offers the employee a better compensation and attracts him or her to work with their firm. If the current employer of the employee does not offer job security, then the employee can leave the organization and join the competitor at the drop of a hat which is highly dangerous for the existing firm. On the other hand, if the employer offers job security, then not only can the employee not leave the organization without an advance notice, but also the employee can be pro hibited to join a competing firm through signing of a non-compete agreement (Buenstorf, Engel, Fischer Gueth, 2016). Recommendations and Conclusions Job security as well as job design play an important role in the success of the organization as well as the employee. They are crucial parts of strategic human resource management in any firm. Job design leads to everyday satisfaction of the employees within the business and effective performance management by the employers. On the other hand, job security leads to trust and establishment of long term relationships within the organization between the employer and the employee. Organizations in Australia re largely putting efforts in ensuring a successful relationship with their employees as well as making sure that the employees productivity is at par with the organizational goals. The increasing job dissatisfaction in employees is a matter of major concern and in order to improve upon the same the following recommendations would help better the job scene: The job roles of the employees must be very clear at the very early stage. While marketing a particular vacancy in the business to prospective candidates, the organization must ensure clarity of the job. This would enable candidates to know about the job before applying and hence will lead to absolute transparency within the organization. If any organization cannot offer job security, it is important to motivate employees on a regular basis. This can be attained with the help of offering bonuses and incentives to employees. Bonuses and incentives will make the employees feel that their work and their presence and association with the firm is valued and respected. Open communication within the organization also assists in creating transparency and plays a vital role in ensuring that the employees of the firm are not dissatisfied (Bovee, Thill Raina, 2016). An open communication system can lead to addressing grievances of the employee as and when they arise and also results in a positive and transparent working environment. Organizations should also inculcate a 360 degree feedback system which will enable employees to get a feedback from their superiors as well as their subordinates and peers. This makes it possible for them to enhance their performance and also creates transparency in the workings of the organization. The above mentioned recommendations are the small steps that an organization can take in order to ensure satisfaction of their employees as well as establishment of long term relationships with them. Given the current job scenario of the country, it is largely recommended that immediate steps are put forward to improvise working conditions of the employees in Australian firms.
